It was September 1990 when I first visited Japan to practice my college major. The image I had of Japan had to be revised upon my arrival at Narita Airport. Kind and courteous people. Clean and orderly streets. And a high sense of morality. I fell in love with Japan at first sight. But Japan also had its share of challenges. Japan's demographic advantage was coming to an end, and the market would have to shrink in the near future. At the same time, it is my country, the Philippines, that has the potential to reach out to this market. To all aspiring Filipinos, I ask you to seize this opportunity with your own hands. Please seize the opportunity with your own hands. We will do our best to back you up.
